When will my order be dispatched?

We can’t wait for you to enjoy your fresh coffee! We roast each batch to order and strive to dispatch it promptly, ensuring you get the best flavor possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your coffee is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery and know exactly when to expect your coffee.

Are there delivery fees?

Yes, we charge a standard delivery fee of SGD $3 for all orders. However, if your order is above SGD $35, delivery is on us!

How should I store my coffee?

To maintain maximum freshness, keep your coffee in an airtight container or its original bag, stored away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve its flavour for longer.

Are your coffees fresh?

Definitely! We roast in small batches to guarantee freshness and ship directly to you. Coffee needs a short resting period after roasting to release excess gas before brewing. Here’s what we recommend:

  • Espresso Roasts: Rest for at least 1 week from the roast date.

  • Filter Roasts: Rest for at least 2 weeks from the roast date.

    We’re sure you’ll love your coffee, but if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right!
