[ROAST ON 25/8] Panama Savage Coffees Gesha Anthem Natural

Nestled in Panama’s famed Volcán and Boquete regions, Anthem is a natural-process Gesha crafted by Savage Coffees under rainforest shade and volcanic soil at elevations above 1,600 meters. This delicate gem undergoes meticulous picking at peak ripeness followed by a slow, controlled 20‑day drying on three-tiered raised beds, resulting in a coffee that is as refined as it is expressive. 

The cup opens with a grape‑like sweetness and layered berry brightness, interwoven with elegant oolong‑like floral tones that evoke fragrant tea. Underlying hints of citrus zest add a lift to the profile, matching the cup’s refined acidity and silky structure.

Roaster's Notes: First time roasting a Panamanian coffee and my hands were trembling.
