Most people drink coffee for years without ever knowing why they prefer certain cups. This beginner-friendly session is here to change that — gently and joyfully.

Together, we’ll explore how origin and processing shape what you taste. You’ll try three coffees side-by-side (including a fun co-ferment!) and use scent kits, flavour wheels, and a tasting form that coffee professionals use to uncover your personal preferences.

Whether you’re a kopi drinker, café regular, or just coffee-curious — this is your gentle introduction to the world of specialty coffee.

Hi, I’m Min — a certified Q Arabica Grader and SCA Coffee Skills Diploma holder… but mostly, just someone who really loves making coffee feel less intimidating and more human.

I started Sunny Days Coffee to offer people a pocket of sunshine in their day. Whether you like milky flat whites or filter coffees, you're welcome here.
